If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

Yup that's pretty sweet. Noticed that in your longer video at the Colorado Bend.
So do you have to film at a high rate or just normal speed to do that slowed down video?

iPhone using the slow-motion setting in camera. It was just having fun playing around. When I downloaded it, I thought it looked pretty cool. Scott, I am glad you liked it!

Working on an upgrade to the Walrus. I am creating a L-3 KEO Photonic Periscope. I have no idea of dimensions, so I eyeballed it as best I could.

The only bummer is the Pirate emblem was not with the new scope and I do not know if they still use this emblem - This was a mission for pirate interdiction, as I understood it.

Nothing to be ashamed of. Me, I'm quite gassy, not afraid to admit it.

A little clean up of the nubs where the supports were and I think it will be an acceptable upgrade.

                          Tom,

                          Did you use solid infill?

yes it is solid, but on a resin printer, I do not recall seeing any settings for infill. I think doing a pattern like a FDM printer would leave pockets of uncurled resin trapped inside. I do have a hole running in the center to put a 1/16” rod in the design.

Since I was upgrading, I realized there is another mast I needed to create. The SATCOMM mast.

It came out o.k., but the paint is drying, so, I will do a photo after they are mounted.
                              Peace,
                              Tom
