    Good news plenty of power and controls all work. Just need to get this trimming sorted out

      What size holes? A lot are not helpful if they are small. The holes need to be about 3mm or 1/8”, it seems anything smaller and water tension will fill that hole and resist opening up.
      If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

        There around 2mm with some at 3mm so that might be the issue

          Sam mentioned making a counter sink cut on the under side of the deck where you have holes through the deck.
          This cone shaped area under the hole will concentrate the air bubble at the hole with ore area to exert pressure at the hole forcing the air through the small in the deck.
          Try the counter sink cut before drilling more holes in the deck.
