More detail work on the diesel engine. Aging and weathering with different filters and washes. Time consuming.....Attached the six tiny PE hand wheels for the cylinder check and the bigger red wheels as well. Getting there.

It actually has beams beneath it.......not visible. Well, the floors could, in my opinion, do with a PE set. Make beams, add PE plating, and voila.....But I'm already altering the kit quite substantially, and I don't want to be on the kit for 3-4 years. So I went with the original parts.

so today was the day to start pulling pieces for paint: figured i would start with the crew as there's a bunch of redundant stuff to do, like to get that out of the way
THEN: I discover they are all pieces that have to be assembled "Holy crap" now Im concerned if I assemble them now they might not fit well into their respective placers in the Sub: Your thoughts ????

Eduard makes 4 PE sets for this model is anyone familiar with them, they certainly aren't cheap but am considering them for my build
