You do have a servo throw adjustment on the leveller. This is covered in the instructions I emailed to you. So for the planes at least you don't need electronic throw adjustment.
Think you need a third bearing on the propshaft just astern of the cardan joint/coupling to kill the shaft vibrations.
Andy thanks. The bearing on the shape is lose but will have another bearing point. Haven't had Time as of yet our studio is busy with movie prop work not covered in the show so I have ?limited time on the boat this week until I deliver the props next week at which time I'll be going over those very instructions.

If you have a transmitter with ATV's and use it to set the throw of the hydroplane control, be aware that this will not affect the signal sent out by the pitch controller/leveller when in automatic mode.
Therefore you will still have to set the throws on the leveller itself if you are relying on electronically restricted throws.
