OK I cleaned in innards! Can't stand a messy looking sub in the inside even if it is a rust bucket on the outside.

I should have posted more pictures all along but I shot all the video in HD so I should be able to pull everything I need from that.

And Daren. Your pace is fine but you do have a full time job(and a great one too!) that takes much of your time. My job is my own studio building models for a living so I have a faster pace and that's the only reason. Thanks though but your work is some of the best I have ever seen and that's a fact.

        Hey Steve,

Mary's a genius—I like your deeper, larger version of a test tank a lot better than mine! You can see from these that mine, though still usable, would've much benefited from a wider diameter and lower sea floor. Plus there was this pesky dragon that kept attacking the boat and had to be put down by Nelson and crew.

I fully expect your new tank is where my in-progress Revell Gato (USS Harder SS-257) will eventually have her trimming accomplished...after you've installed that new custom RCABS unit Big Dave has begun R&D'ing.

See you on the 12th, buddy,
        Jeff

If Steve had your test tank Jeff the eyes would glow and the mouth blow smoke.

          Good idea Mary.

BTW If you want some stick time Steve you could take a fan and run the Footy in the pool. Seriously
          Should be deep enough. BD.

HA! Well I'll bring the footy and the pirates ship which is now a real sailing ship. I re did all the sails and the masts and hooked up three wrench servos to control them all. Increased the size of the rudder and the keel. Weathered it. It's really cool now will post pictures later today.

I kept the motor and prop just in case I have a Jonah on board.

Lot's of trimming yesterday. Got them as good as I could in a small pool. the rest will be done at the lake but I believe I'm close and keeled. No leaks, no problems.

Won't get to the lake tomorrow but I will go to a local lake closer by to us this week to get video of the R-10 in action. We had to cancel our plans at the last moment to join Jeff and the guys tomorrow.

                          But here's the finished X-wing!

Got to the lake today for a first run. She needs more weight in the bow and I'll need to increase the size of the rudders but she ran great and I had no problems. That small gel cell was good for about 40 minutes. Video will be up tomorrow. Here's a few pictures from the 46 we shot today on our high end camera.

                                What a great boat Bob!
