    In a nutshell, it ran

In a nutshell, it ran well, turned well, the trim is still off.
I will start injecting massive amounts of foam tomorrow.
All in all it was a good test. Anytime it comes back in one piece it is a good test. BD.

Its always fun trying to find places to put it.
I have added the foam and will be testing tonight or tomorrow. It depends on the rain.
The sub can get wet, but the lightning and my T/X antenna do not mix!! BD.

              I spent almost all day

I spent almost all day working on making the sail planes functional on the Seaview. I really should have not spent the time but I came up with a design and it works. I need something to stop the trip to Davie Jones Locker once it is underwater and moving. I may not have time this week to test it in the water but it will be at Carmel.
              I can't wait!! BD.

                Well I have all the

Well I have all the subs I am taking ready for the trip to Carmel for the regatta.
The Seaview is basically operational but not painted or have any of the small do-dads glued on.
She is not 100% trimmed but she runs.
No time to test the sail planes before I leave so they will be tested at the regatta.
They work and hopefully will help in the underwater trimming.
Next stop Carmel!! See you there!! BD.

                        Sorry Mr Neill Sir!
She is all packed for her trip to the regatta.
You will have to settle for this one just before she was boxed. Nothing fancy!! Just your plain Jane Seaview with no makeup!! BD.

I am back from the regatta. It was a great time, and the Seaview ran very well.
I still have to work a bit on the underwater trim but it is much better. Hopefully someone got photos.
I saw some footage Kerry got running in the pond that was great. It should be an excellent regatta video as usual.
He was lying underwater on the bottom holding his breath and shot my Seaview running over him.
With the sunlight streaming down as the sub went by followed by the bubble trail from the nacells. Very Cool!! BD.
