Re: 2nd Annual SubRonLA Spring Fun Run this Saturday!
Those posting above have covered most of the news. A day high in fun quotient and camaraderie but low on boat performance—at least for some of us. As always, Oudmayer's and Dory's boats ran flawlessly, though a couple of pronounced radio "dead spots" out in the water were noted and reported. The rest of us all had various issues of assorted hindrance. As for myself, I got one decent run out of Seaview early in the morning before her rudders locked up (somehow binding or the result of a failed servo]Blueback[/i] couldn't run at all because I couldn't get any gas into her blow tank]Nautilus[/i] consult), and of course more still and further details in the next SCR's Fox Report.
