    I am planning to use

I am planning to use the motor from the car as a driver for a linear actuator. Though I did see a small pager motor that had a planitary reduction on sale on one of the web sights, though I am not at that computer that has the likn, or otherwise I would give you the link. I am going to use the 0-80 thread rod that is avaliable from Small Parts and thread it into some brass tubing. The end of that will be mounted to a plate that will push/pull a diaphram. I believe that if you could displace a mer 0.5-1 cu in of water, that should be enough to make it so that you can achieve neutral bouyancy.
The actuator from that car I think that I am going to use that for the plane control. That is what the first rc system is going to be used for, and like I said before, the other from the toy sub I am going to use for the forward/reverse and left/right. Perhaps I am just dreaming, but I think that it can be done, there appears to be enough space. The power for the two will be from a small lipoly cell. I am not sure, but I think that I will run the cels wet, and I will just do a good job of keeping the terminals sealled. This will free up som space in the wtc. If the cell explodes, I will have a mini recreation of the original kursk tragidy, this I will try to avoid. Feel free to drop me a line. I should start to scavange my parts early next week and start to do some more eyeball engineering.
