Molds looking great! What is that modeling board you are using, and how are you shaping it?

I don't want to advertise for a specific brand.....they are all the same.....I use the one that is available where I live.....just need to think about the density you want....I went in the middle with the 450kg/m³.......less density is cheaper higher density is more expensive.

I cut it with a bandsaw and shape it by milling and sanding.

A specific brand and item would help as an example of what to look for, if I search for modeling board I get a huge variety of materials for dozens of uses, hard to tell what to look for.
        Thanks for any tips!

An update on my recent work.
Finished all the sections of the upper and lower hull.
Nothing can beat the feeling to see an actual sub appear after months of R&D

                        Grtz,
                        Bart

                          Bart,
This is really exciting and I am glad to see it to this point!
I do not think a month goes by when tommydeen will text me wanting to see this sub ready for sale.
From what I see, it will be amazing!
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

Hi Guy's, I'm concentrating on the sail for the moment.
I know its overkill but I love to integrate those details.
Test-fitting the SOKS on top and making the louvres fit the sail.

                              Grtz,
                              Bart
