They call it a pinger and it helps them keep track of where the animal is at. Who told you that a Dolphin is not a submarine??

These pictures were found under the file name "Bars and Gepard". They look like WW1 Russian submarines. Note the torpedos on the sides. Unusual. Anybody familiar with these?
