That was a hard one, and still is as I dont know the answer either. Try this.
This Fleet boat has had some modifacations to her stern amongst other things. If you can compare it to the stern on the two lower photographs( also Fleet boats) it becomes obvious to you the great extent of the mods. Who can tell me why and who and what?
