I could use some options on the best method of doing the x tail linkages for the Walrus sub. I have tried a couple ideas, but I need something more proven. Please include photos. If you can't upload them here, please send them to dhampton@ameritech.net. Thanks

What Jeff showed you is one way and a great way. What I did on mine was mimic a builder who I call the Architect. It is tough to say "best way" is. If it works for you, that is the best way.
Here is Will Oudmayer's Walrus setup.
Here is mine,
These go to the push rods from the WTC
Look carefully, the horns of the opposite side go in the same direction.
I hope this helps.
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

My 2 X-tails, a Albacore and a Sea Dragon are hooked up like standard subs and then I use a mixer, think both came from Mikes Sub Works. There are other mixers around, Bob Martin may still have one left from his sale items. Think a throttle mixer will work as well.

Bob,
It is a standard setup hardware wise! The peace missing is the x-tail mixer.
Good points that both Jeff and Bob brought up.
