    Wow!
    That puppy is SLICK!
I have their cut off saw. Great tools!
I built a foam cutter but this one blows mine away.
    Thanks for posting. BD
    BTW
Just checked pricing and it is way cheaper than I thought being Proxxon.
Foam is such a useful modeling medium.
I can easily see one of these in my future.

I ordered one and it's a nice unit well though for simplicity. Foam can be cut in just about all shapes except circles but I made a jig out of some of my polycarbonate sheet I have and fixed the problem. With this cutter I can shave .010 off a block of foam.
        Highly recommended

So you would use a different sized jig or template to cut different sized circles?

              Circles...
Take a piece of aluminum angle or channel and put a small bolt through it on one end.
Clamp it to the table so the bolt end sticks up.
Measure from wire to bolt to get your radius.
Rough cut to shape a piece of foam that will fit on the bolt and clear the rest of the macine.
Turn it slowly and you will have a circle with a small hole in the center.

I used a piceof 1/4" poly carb sheet 6"x8" then cut a slit to the centerwith my dewalt cutoff saw
Then at the center i drilled a hole just big enough to fit a finnishing nail through to hold the
Foam in place and presto circles.

Here's a short video that should give some ideas on how to make a circle cutting jib.
A quick and easy set up to cut perfect circles on the bandsaw.Used left over plywood and clamped to the bandsaw table to increase the work surface and so tha...

as it sits, it will cut circles from 1/2" to 12", and can be adjusted with the block of foam still attached to the jig, allowing you to make donuts.
