Well hope everybody has a great Christmas and a great new year, the colorado crew is moving forward with working with planning SubRegatta 2014. Work has already started on the course with a historical island as part of the it.
Don Kibbie is working with keystone resort to reserve a block of rooms at discount so we will need confirmed numbers to make this happen,
Also we are looking for someone that is willing to do a seminar. I am making contact with somebody to see if they can attend more on that if it is confirmed.
We are having our monthly meeting this weekend and I will post more as it comes available

guys I talked to the people at our local smoothon distributor and they will be doing a seminar for us at the regatta. incase you arenot familiar with there products they can be viewed here.

This is a great idea, Tom! I am looking forward to seeing it in person. I have never used their products, but I think a try is long overdue...

I just joined SubCommittee.com today. I am a static model builder but might consider RC'ing. If we came to the SubRegatta, we would drive our motor home and stay at the local RV park. Can you tell me a little about the Regatta since I'm a "non qual" in this org. Member of USSVI and USS Snook Base Commander - northwest AR. Qual boat - USS Bream [SS 243] 1967.

Welcome aboard! Since you are a member you can download the latest issue of the SubCommittee report. In it you will find an article and a full page ad that has a lot of detail. Tom Spettel(Tommydeen) is the spokes person for the event. If you have any questions just ask and we will do our best to answer them.

Colorado crews electronics guru "Tim Senecal" has volunteered to do a seminar on electronics ie brushless motors and how they can be used in our application and other electronics and there use as well in our hobby
