As Don mentioned in an earlier post, the shirts had not been made yet when we had to cancel the event:

"The shirts hadn't been produced yet, so unfortunately they would not be available. We do anticipate using the same design next year (updating the year) though."

Sorry, I must have forgotten. Getting old. :-)
      (still want a t-shirt - LOL)
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

Some sad irony with this week's border opening between the US and Canada: The delegation from Canada could have made it to Indiana this week after all.

Um, no, last I heard the border only is opening up for US citizens going to Canada, the Canadian citizens are not allowed to go to the US by land yet. Unless something was just announced that I missed. Even for US people going north, they need proof of vaccination and a recent negative test.

That is correct, only open for Americans heading North.

I live in SE Michigan with a good quarter of my family down south across the river in metro Windsor, Ontario. I'm concerned about your use of 'AND' instead of 'OR' in your statement. We're planning on visiting them soon and I want to make sure we have all the necessary documents when we cross. We're all fully vaccinated with proof and it's our current understanding that that's good enough.

              Please advise,

              Dan

                Hi Dan,

Best to check out the rules on the Canadian government site. Don't recall the address, but google search for Canadian border opening will find it. I saw it was And, but I am not an expert, have not tried going up yet.
Hope it works out for you!

Turns out the Admirals aren’t having their monthly gathering until Sunday at 2:00. That puts it out side my window to drive and run in the same day so I will now not be at the Carmel pond on Saturday the 14th. Ugh. I hope we as a society learn to deal with this virus being around so we can enjoy life and others’ company again soon.
