With your suggestions I was able to make a pdf file of the whole drawing.
It measures 24"x60" so it should print off a plotter with a roll of paper.
I did a test and she came out too scale.
Since I was not able to upload a copy to my homepage. I sent a copy to the SC officials hoping they might post it.
I will also try to convert the 8.5"x 11" drawings to pdf so they can be printed off on a copier.

                I printed out the files

I printed out the files to start comparing tomy new Gato and noticed the evenly spaced rectangles draw in the hull. Can someone confirm: are those actual hull access plates or are those the keel block placement points (I seem to remember reading that it was the latter on one of the source plan sheets).

Thanks for the complements. Over Christmas I was tracing some more
of the drawing and noticed I moved a pair of the flood holes away from
the keel. They should be the same distance as the other four in the set
of six holes toward the stearn.
I guess everyone worries they will put out some bad information so be
careful when using these drawings as they are useful but not 100%
accurate in location or opening size.
I guess this will leave a mark (out of line holes) on a model that will tell
me they used my sketch and that I helped them complete something (a boat)
that I have yet to do.

                        Flood Holes

I've downloaded the drawings from the web and they look great. My question is- Are all of the markings holes to be cut into the bottom of the hull or are some access panels or plating?

                            Sean,
If you back up one page in this thread, goose814 posted as to which ones are covered manholes, which have closed valves, and which are to be opened up for free flood. You will also find a colored drawing I posted to help you identify where the open ballast tanks and the closed fuel/ballast tanks are located.

                              Thanks George,
Sometimes I need a little reminder. It's great the way people are pulling together and sharing this stuff. Too bad this wasn't going on 40 years ago when I first got into modeling.

                                George,
The writing in the photos is very blurry. I can barely make out a few words in the top picture. Red appears to be Fuel, Yellow - Lubricating Oil, Green and Blue - no idea.
The bottom photo is completely illegible. I may have that one in a book, I just don't remember which one at the moment.
