A question for those reading this book on Kindle. Are there problems with capitalization? Not just the start of sentences, but also proper nouns and such?
Jeff, I haven't noticed anything major on my Kindle. There are a couple of sentences that should've been new paragraphs but were tacked onto the end of lines of dialog. Maybe happened twice. Other than that the format has been clean.
