    I would suggest that you get them printed in plastic and use them as patterns for pouring white metal props. My experience with putting printed components into service like propellers is that they will work short term, but are not nearly as durable as a cast part.

      Good looking prop,

      but you made a mistake!
      You should turn the profile 180°, in the pictures is a pull prop shown not a push prop.

        This one shows the a straight on view of one of the blades.
