I am looking for a small compact water sensor to turn on a pump is there a devise available I thought there was a schematic in the bruggen book but no dice I just want a simple device to turn the pump on incase there is a leak is there a device or home brew remedy for this
thanks ca
You may want to take a look at the Dive manager built by model controllers.
This device has a built in water sensor, propotional ESC, servo valve control and failsafe. It's primarily designed for use with a compressed air ballast system, but can easily be adapted to work with a water pump instead.
They used to cost about £27 direct, and I think they're still available at that price.
