Did you see the 21 century Losos in my Borei thread that showed up in my pictures when I cut the hull up?

Ha, yes I so that! Are you actually going to turn those left overs into a working sub?

I can fix it where the warped akula hull has the same leftovers. It could be done.
I can't, as much as I would like to. I have two big projects to do, and I have to stay the course and finish them. Getting away with what I have so far is doing nothing really. The real building comes when I make stern plans, the sail, and the missle deck.
But, it came to me on cleanup that day, and I laughed pretty good when I taped it together.
I think Big Dave is the one for that build. Heck, I have stern planes and a spare prop too!
I would love to see a typhoon along side of the Borie.

            Privet Wayne!
Cog Dilla? Yes I am still working and working and working on my Typhoon. Mostly I stopped working on the hull and have been concentrating on "instrumentation". Just finished the volts and amps sensor and the depth sensor! It is now possible to measure the depth below the surface in 1/2" steps. For depth, this sensor automatically recalibrates itself on the surface as it turns out that both atmospheric pressure and water temperature affect accuracy.

              Hello every one !

I must admit, I'm taking my time to complete building of my TK-17, perhaps because I love so much this class of submarine

Of course since beginning of this project I grab a lot of intel and sometime I redone what I've done before ]http://www.wis-nha-tenebris.com/ImagesRotators/TK-17/TK-17_-(662).jpg[/img]

I drastically improved details of hull and sometime I discovers new one because I receveid new photography ]http://www.wis-nha-tenebris.com/ImagesRotators/TK-17/TK-17_-(355).jpg[/img]

And i'm improving my plan for better accuracy ]http://www.wis-nha-tenebris.com/ImagesRotators/TK-17/TK-17.jpg[/img]

Sometimes I put her on my special aquarium build for her and I decide to modify some things like sealing system ]http://www.wis-nha-tenebris.com/ImagesRotators/TK-17/TK-17_-(820).jpg[/img]

And I discoverd some unkowned leak >_<

Actually, she doesn't fit correctly on the water, And I expect soon to complete this !

Therefore I need to do some compromise like forgot the lower waterline because when I started the project I had no intel about that and Polar bear's plan was no accurate, so I completly redrawn the plan (see preview above).

Engel's done some compromises, some of them were corrected, some needs to much structural modifications to be done reasonably like nozzles prop.
Of course, If that was to be done again, I will do more, I will not use Engel's WTC, and then perhaps i will not drill each by each grids but think a different way to do same final rendering. I will redesign the bow of the model, etc...

And of course I will definitivly remove those damned keel !

But for now I will finish her !

                  Very nice Gabriel I !
Just curious in some of your pictures you have rectangular cutouts that do no appear in the "final photo" (on the stand on the table). There is also an extra hole in front of the command bridge? Inquiring minds wish to know! Thanks, Ed
