Well it was a very interesting outing tonight.
The Tow worked better than I thought it would.

I am still working on making the videos. There is a lot of footage to sort through.
I am making 3 videos. One of the Tow pulling the frogman. One of the Tow by itself I am calling the Waterbug. (You will see why) and one of the Sushi. BD.

Here is the first video of the frogman in Tow.
I think with a few changes in setup I can get him working better.
The trim was off in the tanks so he kept leaning to port.
I need to add a few strips of hatch tape to the arms so they stay out and not move.
Not bad for the first test though. BD.

Good stuff Dave.

Pitch control looks excellent, but difficult to make out what the turning radius is like. How well did it steer?

It was hard to tell as it kept trying to lean to port. If you can get the frogman to lean in the direction you want to turn in the radius is not bad. It is kind of a banked turn. BD.

Maybe try a pair of brass sheet stators (which you can tweak) in the nozzle to counter the prop torque?
