Perhaps a giant whip antenna so you can see it from more then a foot away?

        Re: Micro-1/48 Hydro

Well as Mr Ripley said! "Believe it or not"
After many attemps at this Chinese Puzzle Box trying to move things around so it would all fit inside I have done it.
        Cue Kevin and his RaRa's!!
I even test floated her and she did not sink.
She rides low but once up on a plane (Fingers Crossed) it will not be an issue.
I just have to make sure the seams are well taped to keep out the H2O.
Now I will do some painting touch up and add the graphics.
Every one that has seen it said WOW! I can't believe how small it is nice job.
        Except Don's wife Patty.
The first thing she said was, "You need to touch up this paint" WOMEN!!
Nice paint don't make it run!!
Now I just need some open water. BD.

Very nice BD. Next time it rains you can run outside and test run her in a mud puddle.

The flooded area just down the street would be perfect for this boat or even some of our basements up here.

Now get some video of this thing going submarine!!!!!

              RAH RAH RAH!!!!

Today is the day sports fans!!
I am taking my nano-hydro over to DonO's for a short sprint on his pool cover.
The video will be rolling so get your popcorn ready!!
Kevin make sure your Ra Ra's have nice short skirts on!!
If the hydro is a bust at least we will have something to look at!! BD.

One big guy, one small boat!
I will post video tomorrow but here are some photos.
It ran good but slow. It is too heavy I think.
But it did not sink so it is a good day!! BD.

Very nice BD. Just a tad more speed would be nice. She does sit low in the water, but so does the real unlimited hydros. Just make sure you keep those Lipo's dry.

Here are some photos of a model and the 1971 Miss Madison.

                            OUCH!!
Looks like it was a bad day for that team!
I will have to custom make a larger prop to get the boat to plane.
I finished the trim and graphics and modified my stand for the FS-1.
I am going to take her to the Toledo R/C show this week and enter in the model competition.
I don't expect to win anything.
I just want to see the reactions of the modelers. BD.
