.........how the hell do you get ANY work done on that bench ? It reminds me of something that goes on inside a crazy person's mind......oh.....uhhh............nevermind.
I use good old Testors plastic model cement. The thick and thin type.
Till I get the prototype done and everything sorted out I really do not know what the cost will be. All I can say is it will be more than the cost of my other kits because of the amount of work and materials involved in producing it. BD. BTW- Don't spread the crazy thing around. It's true!!

hi Dave,
thanks for posting the photos of your progress, mine is up on a shelf and will stay there until your parts are ready... lol Would you share with us the type of saw you used to cut out the hull, I know this plastic don't cut all that easy... thanks Jeff Jones

Hi Jeff,
I used my new Dremil Stylus moto-tool and a thin 1" abrasive disc for most of the cutting, and a razor saw to clean up the angles. It seemed to work well. BD.

All cuts were made prior to cementing the half’s together. I needed to find out how many access points I needed into the hull. Once I was happy with the access and sure I could get the cylinder in and out and connected I cemented it together. I did it more for my design process, but it was easier to do the cutting when still unassembled. BD.
