    Byron,
You might also be interested in the video of my 16" Teskey Flying Sub, on my web site. This model is a static diver, with RCABS, and has four 12V thrusters. There are pictures also on the Flying Sub folder. You might have to join the group (free), to view the video.Art Broder's Models Look for Flying Sub video.

      Bryon,

The Dallas has a slightly smaller tube, I don't recall the size.

As for the Flying sub, I only have video on tape (somewhere).
I also like the Teskey Flying Sub, but it did not exist when this sub was made. I would not recommend building one thi small.

Hi Art, thanks. I have joined your MSN group before. Looks like you have the Flying Sub going well. Where did you buy the bilge pumps to power it? I haven't been able to find a reputable place to obtain them from.

          Thanks

            Byron,
Rick Teskey had a Canadian source, at a discount store. I couldn't locate a source in the U.S. Perhaps he can help.

Just giving an update here about the conversion. The basic WTC has been constructed, and has been leak tested. Everything is go. Please stop by and feel free to ask questions.

                        The Bar has been raised?

The Bar has been raised? I think Bigdave and Adam did that a long time ago.

Just saw the videos. Actually they work quite well.

                          Steve,

                          I think you overlooked

                          Steve,

I think you overlooked the small sub guy, Mar7ck.
And for sure, these days there is always somebody
who has been there, done that. Especially afterwards.

Nevertheless, smaller subs than the Revell 212 can apparently
be converted by using the ideas and/or products from that website.
And by the more average tinkerer as well.
I have never seen such items being sold before.

The simple techniques presented there are worth checking out.
And the standalone (hopefully) watertight servo units might be handy in other projects as well.

Now we just wait for an unbiased review from somebody who
bought and used these things for real.
