hi fellow members
i am new to rc submarines so i brought the book called model submarine technology which i found out to be very informative on the subject and helped me to decide to build rc subs.
one of the problems i am having is that on page 18 of this book they give you formulars to calculate 1.hemispheres 2.cylinders and 3.truncated cones.
the problem is that the formulars that they have given you ,it seas that the bigger as the cylinder is the smaller the volume is
so can any one point me in the right direction for the right formulars to calculate the volume of these objects
