    Check out Mike's Sub Works

Check out Mike's Sub Works and grab one of the Subtech stuffing boxes. They use the oillite seals, which seal harder with increased pressure. I run them on my own stuffing box and linkage seals and they work great, even up to over twenty feet in depth.

O-rings, while functional, add a lot of friction to your assembly, reducing run time and adding wear to your motor.

    Just my two cents worth.
