    WTC securing to hull

Dear all, how does one go about securing the WTC to the inside of the hull?

    Regards,

          Velco works great U/W -

Velco works great U/W - it's what holds the top of the hull onto my Dumas Akula! Actually takes quite some force to remove. Even the adhesive on the back of the velco if fairly water-proof. I've only had to add a small drop of CyA to each end of the velcro strips to keep them from lifting.

I use latches, they work well and are easy to secure against each other.

Velcro works, But I usually like to use tie wraps. Cheap, replaceable, and not as prone to loosining.

I just put a top on my mounting brackets and screw it down snugly]http://www.rc-sub.com/images/modelpics/finwtc3.jpg[/img]

Since this pic was taken, I've modified my cradles so that I can drop mt WTC into place from the top instead of sliding it in along the bottom (but you get the idea).
