Well. some props do have a set screw. David Merriman's props use a set screw. There will not be an easy way to convert. 3/16". equals 4.7625mm. So you can contact this company: https://www.prop-shop.co.uk/products...dern-submarine and tell them what you want. They can probably do exactly what you want.
or go here http://raboeschmodels.com/index.php/...etail?Itemid=0 then drill out the shaft hole (or turn the shaft down)
Raboesch props are sold by many vendors.
Hope this helps. If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

Nice build thread. I'm building Otto's 1/144 Block III in resin at the moment and converting into a Block V (USS Arizona SSN-803) for our SubVets group's STEM Outreach Coordinator to take to schools and other events.
Official Block V reference is rare to none (ie: photos vs NAVSEA renders).
Several of us had dinner with the PCU CO and ten of the crew when they were here in Phoenix last month and I showed the CO pictures of my prints so far. I put the LCCA just aft of the forward WAA, but need more detailed photos of the four-tube superstructure. He promised to get me some shots as it comes together @ EB so I'm wrapping up Parche in the meantime.
Here's what I know so far. Block III introduced the new MBT flood port grates which reduce cost. Otto's design only incorporates them in the forward group, located in Module 1B. The CO confirmed they are nearly identical aft, and will pass on a shot of them, since they are differently-sized which changes the grating pattern a little.
The boat has two years to go until commissioning. By then, there should be plenty of pictures of the hull in the public domain, since Arizona will be the second Block V, but the first to get the VPM (Vertical Payload Module).
At that point, I'll upscale the revised design into a 1/72 version without the PE. The sail is also different, requiring a re-design as well.
