After finally getting the servos and linkages to fit in the hull and actually getting the bow section to fit is now passed.
It was to say the least a PITA.
    (Not you Mr Pita)
Having everything working nicely and then changing your design is never fun.
But I like the way it turned out.
I even got the radio programmed so the wings will work as ailerons and flap/spoiler-ons as well.
Now yesterday I started on ballasting.
Looks like I will need two plus pounds of keel weight. (OUCH)
I was hoping not that much as not a lot of room inside for weight.
So my master plan is now to add most of the weight to the center trim ring.
I casted up three of my Delphin keel weights and will attach them to the ring on the bottom.
    Hopefully this will work. BD

            Well
My three weeks have long since passed.
But the Vector 1 is ready to test.
Still have a few more ideas for extra detail but I think it is looking Steampunkish.
It's definitely a strange looking beasty.
But I like it. Click image for larger version
