    Epoxy - Works well!

I have been using a new epoxy (for me) and wanted to pass it along. It is made by the makers of Goop. It is called Plumber’s Weld Epoxy Paste. It is a two-part epoxy that is easy to work with, sets in 20 min, and is waterproof. It will even set up under water. It works great for attaching bulkheads because it stays where you put it. Great for fillets! I even used it to attach my bayonet ring in my Sushi sub. I purchased it at my local home improvement store. BD.

How well does it come apart when you drop your hull and bend the bayonet ring?

                Anybody use JB weld?

Other than a long cure time, how is JB Weld as a adhesive and filler?

                    Epoxy Putty

I use these putties a lot, I really like the wood because it is lightweight.

The Faststeel is extremely hard and you could use it as a bearing surface.
