Few other things to try, if you have them handy. Try a different receiver. Some have low level outputs which can be a problem for some kit, Engel should have done their homework on this, but they may have slipped up. Optically isolate the plug to the receiver. Reflow the solder joints on the underside of the board. Twist all power cables together, and keep any power cables well away from signal cables, including the supply to the hall sensor.
Interesting what Ramesh says about the pressure switch, that suggests it's picking up an induced feed.
