Hi all
Back last year mainly out of boredom and in need of a hobby, I started from scratch to build of a model submarine. After searching around on the net for photos I finally decided to build a Russian Typhoon class sub, mainly because of its uniform shape. At the time I assumed it would make it easier to build when compared to WW2 subs and the modern nuclear attack subs.
After 18 months of trying different methods and materials I have produced a semi-complete Hull. It’s not entirely uniform as I original assumed would be easy to replicate, and has a number of “dimples†that I’m currently filling in.
This is where I need your help.
What SCR articles would you recommend that would help me from my current point in building (or from start) to a finished product, covering all the essential stages? i.e. Hull finishing, WTC and maybe come bells and whistles.
Are there any others points that you would like to add that the article(s) don’t fully cover?
Thank you for your help.
