Maybe a list of national paint spec (German RLM in WWII, USA FS today, etc.) numbers to corresponding (or maybe close enough) model paint colors by manufacturer - Testors Model Master, Floquil Polly Scale, Tamiya, Humbrol, et al.

          Flat Black FS 37038
          Model Master Acryl #4768
          Model Master Enamel # 1749
          Polly Scale #F505014
          Tamiya XF-1 #81301
          Humbrol #033
