Has anyone taken over for Ships n things

I was wondering if anyone has taken over for Ships n things since the owner had passed away? I am looking for a part that he sold that converted a single gimbal to a dual throttle control.

If anyone knows of a North American source, please let me know.
    Thanks
    George

I believe Futaba F-14 and F-16, what radio are you needing it in?
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

That makes sense, it is two servo connections/potentiometers and as long as the mounting fits. Cool information Mark!

                  George,
here is the external pic of a single stick that controls two channels with trims for each channel that I made for my Flying Sub.

The trims work opposite of one another.
if you look closely you will see that I made a plate that limits the stick travel to forward and reverse no side to side travel

                    Hi
Thanks for the pictures. Question, what is the purpose of the bump out on the side of the second picture? To make some more internal room for the trim control?

                    George

The bump out is for the trim tab and the second is for the pot that sticks out past the trim

Might be easier to use two of these

                          Mark,
We need to tap into your brain and get a R/C hack ideas put out there! Maybe an article for SCR. I love your information here.
                          Peace,
                          Tom

                            Hey Salmon,

I did these hacks before the computers radios. Now that you can pick computer radios for less money there is not much need for these hacks.

                            Thanx
