Hello to all. as I am recently hooked on the R/C sub and surfing in the internet. I believe this board is very helpful to a rookie like me.

Thx mate! I just started to cut out the vent holes and marking out the drill holes for the dive planes & rudders today. I need to be very careful for those alignments, right?!

I think I should keep a log with photo on my progress so I can post it on the board later. My work may not be as good as many experts here but well..sharing the experience with others is not a bad idea I guess.

Thanks! Well, I'm not sure if I know any people who built the Akula, Subconcepts.com is the best link to the Engle Akula I know. I agree with Novagator's point about going to the marinerc website. I'm not an Engle expert, if there is a problem with hull fittings, I usually sand both hull lips until I get a good fit.
