yep, I got all 92 drain holes filed out, and the tail secton epoxied on the aft section. Next is the rear control serfaces. Also have a coat of primer on the sub as well.
Thx mate! I just started to cut out the vent holes and marking out the drill holes for the dive planes & rudders today. I need to be very careful for those alignments, right?!
I think I should keep a log with photo on my progress so I can post it on the board later. My work may not be as good as many experts here but well..sharing the experience with others is not a bad idea I guess.

Thanks! Well, I'm not sure if I know any people who built the Akula, Subconcepts.com is the best link to the Engle Akula I know. I agree with Novagator's point about going to the marinerc website. I'm not an Engle expert, if there is a problem with hull fittings, I usually sand both hull lips until I get a good fit.
