Right you plug the flylead
Right you plug the flylead into your rear hydrovane channel on the receiver. Connect the servo lead to the pins underneath the flylead on the APC-4. Observe polarity.
If memory serves me well, the medium jumper setting is best for your boat, but it'll be a case of suck and see.
Once you've done this, and have tested it working, fix the APC-4 to spare space on the equipment tray- observe you have it the correct way around.
Adjust the level pot with the aid of a small screwdriver and spirit level. Job done.

Really, you can do this
Really, you can do this yourself. What happens when you hook up the APC as Andy describes?
If all else fails, turn up at the London Pool run and there will be plenty of help.
BTW your caps lock key appears to be stuck.

BTW, have you got some pictures of your set-up- will help us understand what you are doing wrong.
Whereabouts in London are you? I'm guessing you're South of the river as you stated in another post you are only about 10 minutes from Brockwell lido.

Rememebr the slogan on the Tamiya Frog 'No guts, no glory'?
Bit crass I suppose, but accurate.
You can't do much damage taking a sheerline module apart (famous last words), they're pretty straightforward things.
Have a go.
I'm in North London, so not quite round the corner.
