    George,

    We are pretty close to

    George,

We are pretty close to each other, maybe sometime I could take a look at the subs that you have built and pick your brain a little bit.

    Just a thought...

      I see you guys have

I see you guys have been busy chatting while we have been in Toledo. Don has talked to our guy from the Corvette club about the shirts and logo. He is going to check on a price. He showed him the Logo George did as something to go by. I guess there is a one time setup charge and after that you can order them as we need them. Would we want hats and shirts? He asked Don that question, I said that sounds good to me, but we will ask the gang. Dave.

        Dave,

        How was the show in

        Dave,

How was the show in Toledo? Anything you couldn't live without? I spent the weekend pumping the water out of my back yard.

Shirts and hats are fine with me!

          I'm in, shirts and

          Dave,
I'm in, shirts and hats are what I thought you had in mind when you talked about a logo. What about any kind of stickers or labels with our logo to put on our equipment? (I know, we could probably make them ourselves).

Guys, I think Paul should have called us so we could run in his backyard. Larry, How is your pond? BD

              Dave,
              I'm sure I had enough

              Dave,
I'm sure I had enough water for all of your subs, what a fun day that was. It's a shame that I couldn't keep it, I've always wanted my own pond

                Dave,
                Surfs Up! My pond

                Dave,
Surfs Up! My pond looked like the Easter bunny melted down. Plus the water, if that’s what you would call it, was moving at about 5+ knots. I think even Crazy Ivan’s planning White Russian Akula would have had a tough time…..The weeds have already started, though this flood helped wash some of them out.

                  I have told Don we

I have told Don we are all happy with the logo and to go ahead and get the logo digitized. He is getting a catalog that has the items in it we can get. We may have to get together sometime and have an actual meeting. WHO KNEW! Dave.

                      This is a little off

This is a little off topic, but seems you all are talking about finding a sailing spot, I thought I could sneek this in.
Hi Big Dave! KarlJ got his boat Saturday at our meet in Dundas. Sorta looked like a kid on Christmas morning!
If you could, would you post your groups sail dates and directions to the ponds on this site? You know I'm only a short drive away in Niagara Falls, and I might show up and meet the rest of your gang.

                          I will have to scope

I will have to scope out places to run. Any suggestions??? Dan, I will keep you posted on what we come up with. Everyone is welcome, Even TARGETS! Don, maybe we can get a run together when Jim can come up and play. Even though he would make us look like idiots. Mr Butt is the MAN when it comes to running subs. The Batfish should be out of drydock soon. What do you say Jim????

                            I would be glad to

I would be glad to go and scope out some places to run our subs. What is the maxium distance everyone wants to travel? 5-10 mile radius ?

If anyone in the group is planning on running their sub, please let me know. I like to see what this is about first hand. My Kilo arrived in the mail while I was out of town and I just opened it up last night and I can't wait to get started .....

                              Scope away my friend! I

Scope away my friend! I don't think drive time is a big issue. Even though closer would be nice. The accessability and quality of the water is the most important thing. There is a nice new pond in front of a new church on Latta Rd, between Elmgrove and Manatau. (Sorry probably spelled wrong). Have you seen that George? I am not sure it they would like subs running in there pond though. BTW- SeaHorse, Your kit is ready. Dave.

                                Dave,

                                I can go check out

                                Dave,

I can go check out that pond, I have been by there recently, but I can't remember that pond.

What I can do is go out and ask, maybe take pictures of area ponds and send them to the group for review. Sounds like a good idea ?
