    Ernie,

The tab on the servo and battery connectors need to be in the UP position. Which makes it White up, Red in the center, black on bottom.

In reality this is a 7 channel receiver. The battery port is an active channel and any of the 7 channels may be used for battery input.

Also, a standard Futaba Dual Conversion 75 Mhz Crystal WILL NOT FUNCTION in the SubCommander VI. They require a special crystal to function properly.
    Regards,

    Matt

      Matt,
I got the Rx crystals from Tony Stillman, Radio South. I asked Tony: "I’m looking to purchase a “Subtech SubCommander VI 6 Channel Receiver” http://www.rc-submarine.com/product-...annel-receiver from Nautilus Drydocks. Tony told me that the crystal is not included this shipment. A Futaba single conversion crystal (short crystal) intended for the R156F receiver is compatible.

The bill from Radio South was for: Futaba CH65 TX FM xtal and Futaba RX Xtal, Short 75Mhz

these are not dual conversion 75 hz crystals

      thanks
      Ernie
