Does anyone have a digital copy of the instructions Engels sends with these subs. Wanting to really give it some time going over before to make sure I could accomplish before placing an order. Thank you.

The Engel's Akula II instructions are very clear and easy to follow as long as you rear ahead and dry fit every step.
The instruction are not a couple of sheet but a small book.
I can not help with a digital instruction book but. . .
when i built my Akula II, I made a build log that I posted to every day I did something, including photos when I remembers to take my camera out to the shop.
I even posted the mistakes I made and had to back up to correct them.

Thank you so much Antoine. May I ask what tools you used when building this?

You're welcome.
The basic modeler tools :
Screwdrivers, Dremel, files, knife/cutter, sandpapers, pliers, etc...nothing fancy.
I'd highly recommend you to order the Akula set, you'll get everything to finish it except the tools described few lines above.

2. Screw drivers (small)
3. Wire cutters
4. Soldering iron
5. Needle nose pliers (pull wire, hold parts to solder)
6. CA med thickness glue (about 5 drops)
7. Small files (cleanup plastic parts)
8. Marker pen (mark location of ballast weights)
9. Silicone glue (to hold ballast weights)
10. Small socket with long extension (to reach inside tail cone)

-
13. Drill press to make new masts (optional)
14. Table saw & band saw (make stand)
15. scissors (cut double face tape to hold Rx)
May be other tools, all which are usually sitting on any work bench.
The kit is an assembly kit, not a build kit.
-----------------
The kit is available in two versions.
The full kit comes with every thing except the Hall's sensor. (Needed if you want proportional control over piston tank)

The kit looks great but going over the instructions has doused my confidence. Having only experience assembling static models, this kit looks to be beyond my current skill set.
