This doesn't help to show the other end but it's a start.

Controled by the left stick or any variable shannel or 3 position switch this very scale like system is easy and inexpensive to make and can be built on any ...

Okay, the tubes and other internal stuff pictured is Nigel's boat, Brian's U-class was kept a bit more straightforward. The syringes are used for hydraulic actuation, so a master cylinder will be actuated by a servo, and the slave cylinders respond at the other end of whatever you wish to control. Same as the braking system on a car.

Cool idea but I can't imagine it would be too reliable.
I have found over time the syringes tend to stiffen up in the little I have played with them.
I am sure what fluid you use will have a big factor in its operation and longevity. BD

I've only found syringes tend to go stiff if you expose the seal to chemicals which they're not compatible with. Some are very sensitive to mineral oil, and will swell up and jam. An alternative is to machine a small piston and use o-ring seals. I think hydraulics would be very reliable, after all we all rely on them for the most safety critical system on our motor cars, that is unless you drive something very ancient like a Model A.
