Is it possible to change the time settings to EST or MT to make it easier for us here in the US to more easily understand when posts were made?

The forum displays the time based on the timezone setting in your profile. This is an individual user setting and can be changed by going to:
forum actions -> general settings

p.s. I went into your profile and changed the timezone to EST (-5:00), so you should see posts shown in your local time.Rohr 1.....Los! -
