Dues anomaly

Hi guys:

I need a little help. My dues are deducted from my bank account every August and it appears I was charged twice for the coming years dues. Once on August 13 and again on August 15th. I did send an email regarding this and I do understand that being a volunteer organization it may be sometime before someone actually sees it. I'm hoping someone can reach out and contact me regarding this and hopefully no one else had this happen. Love the website and the Journal. Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys for the quick response and resolution to my issue! Thinking back after hearing from Jim & Jeff I understand how it happened as I had set up two different auto-pays between 2016 & 2017. Thanks again for sorting it out for me!
