            Dave,
            I use a single, very thin, layer of tooling resin, and then only a thin 4 layer laminate schedule. It is durable enough for several good layups, but at a fraction of the price of a production mold.

                      Glass work has no bearing on the OML of the model. The boat is 3.44" in beam and 33.9" long

                          Ah...That's easy to answer. The laminate produces a .090" thickness.
