Polks Hobbies Still in Business?

Regarding Ploks sale $99.00 Tracker 3 transmitters, last April. I ordered 2, and to this date Polks have NOT responded to my E-Mails or faxes, Very frustrating.
ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?
If anyone has access to them I still need my transmitters. PLEASE HELP.

I spoke with them on the phone ~2 weeks ago (had one reserved since March...). They are still having supplier issues, John said late Sep/early Oct.
