This camera has a Smart Card inside and will record approx 1 hour of high quality video.

It comes with velcro and rubber straps and is easily fixed to the hull of any mid to large size submarine.
Of course, it is not a transmitter, so to actually obtain the view from the periscope and drive your boat, use the Up-Periscope system in combination with this.

You can stand on the bank, and drive your boat as if you were on board, but the resolution is not so as good through the 'periscope'.

SO, you record the entire voyage with the high resolution camera which logs everything.

Whoa....whoa.....wait one damn minute ..... I can put on glasses that make me "see" from that camera ? Oh this just gets better. I've got some engineering to do to get that cam mounted on board. Next question, is there a micro cam small enough that I can mount in the periscope ? 3/8" long x 1/4" diameter ?

I don't understand what you said there. The 'periscope' cam is better, or this other bigger one ? I've got space to mount the big guy if it works better.

I will be looking further into that.

The virtual goggles connect to the cameras receiver

the camera (that little black doohickey above) is about 3/4" x 3/4"

it fits inside a special WTC


which is strapped to the boats hull.


Alternatively, the receiver could be connected (via RCA jacks) to a monitor or some recording device.

Having said all that, the ATC 2K has much better quality video, but only records to a card. It does not transmit to the goggles.

ATC 2K for recording patrol. Mounted...wherever since it is only recording and not transmitting.

I DO get this stuff....eventually, ....just takes me a little longer than most.

I will be engineering my tower accordingly to accommodate both.
