OTW type VII kit

This is to advise that a guy called Uwe Burghardt has a 1/32nd type 7 submarine hull on Das Bubbleheads .He is claiming it is home made but in fact it is our hull.
So be aware if you are offered 1/32nd type 7 U boat kits from this guy.
We own the intelectual property rights for this kit and he should not be claiming he made it

I have compared the photos posted by Uwe Burghardt with photos of my OTW Type VIIC build....and am certainly his hull is a clone of the OTW hull, if not an actual OTW hull.
