      Casey, sorry we won't be

Casey, sorry we won't be seeing you in CT this summer. I would love to go to a SubRegatta in Alabama especially if its in the winter. I bet a lot of guys from up north would be interested in a winter escape to a regatta in Alabama. Kind of hard to run your sub up here since most of the water turns solid about now. I bet you would get support from the executive committee if you and your SubRon would offer to sponsor.

        Tim,
Great looking poster. How can I get my hands on two of them to display at this years WRAM show in New York at the SubCommittee booth. It would be a great way to advertise the upcoming Regatta in Rhode Island to all interested modelers in the New York area.

Thanks Frank, Art Broder paid me a lot of money to put his picture on there .

The other day, I sent a high resolution version of it to Fung Pang who is getting a pile printed up for the WRAM show. You guys should be good to go!

              Terry,
              Check out Tim's website

              Terry,
Check out Tim's website for some SR 04 info. I'll see what we can do to get it back on the SC "Events" page. The old web site had a bunch of stuff in there about it.
In the meantime. I'd recommend contacting the SubComEast boys to get a good idea of travel costs.
              Send me your e-address, too.
              Take care,
              Bill

                I just revised the listing

I just revised the listing of the event on the new site]SubCommittee Events[/url].

A lot more detail there than there used to be. Thanks to WLambing for bringing it to my attention.

                        Wayne,
The closest motels are the 2 listed on the SC site "Events" page. As to the "pirates", you'll have to check with Skip Asay and Al Matava. They are the gracious sponsors of that gathering.
I hope to be able to update the "Events" page early next week.

There are some other motels in the area but it seems most folks stay at the Comfort Suites (address, etc. below).

Al Matava and I will have our usual Friday night "Meet and Greet" at the Comfort Suites from 7 - 10PM. Snacks, coffee, and soda will be available.

                          See you there?
