The SUBCOMMITTEE 2014 First Annual Carmel Sub Fun Run August 2nd and 3rd, 2014

In conjunction with the INDYADMIRALS, SubRon8 AND SubCom ON
we are pleased to announce the First Annual Carmel Sub Fun Run.
The Carmel Sub Fun Run is to be located at the beautiful Carmel, Indiana reflecting pond. (Same location as the 2013 Subregatta)

This year’s event will have night runs, as well as a raffle. The Raffle will cover the event costs.

Pre registration is requested, but not required. This is so as to judge the number of tables required. Registration fee is $15 or bring a donation of equal value for the raffle.

Also, 2014 First Annual Carmel Sub Fun Run T shirts are available.
SubRon8 Commodore Dave Welch will be taking pre Registrations and T shirt orders. Pay Pal link will be available soon. See picture below.

Hello All

As clarification on the t-shirts. The shirts themselves will be a light gray in color and the printing on them will be Blue and white. Blue will be what shows as black in the attached drawing/picture. They are 100% cotton, pre-shrunk. T shirt orders will have to close June 30 in order for there to be enough time for them to be produced. We have included the logo of every sub ron in hopes that those members that can't attend might still want a shirt to commemorate the event. For those not able to attend but would like a shirt contact me after ordering your shirt and we can work out arrangements to have the shirt(s) shipped to you.

This sounds great! I will be there! Don't have enough vacation time for Colorado, this works. Reserve a large T shirt for me. Could we have T shirts with a pocket next time? Shorts with cargo pockets have a place to stuff the cell phone but cell phones and jeans don't mix well.

I was actually thinking about the pocket as I love them myself but the last time we had a pocket vs no pocket discussion the no pocket won by a resounding margin. We can certainly do it next year if enough people are interested.
