Once again the host hotel will be the Hilton Garden Inn at Carmel, Indiana. Those of you who have been to the Regatta before know what a beautiful hotel it is, and how accomidating they are to us. The group plan has been set up by the hotel now, and we can begin making reservations at the group rate of $94 per night.
You can either call the hotel at 1-317-581-9400 and ask for the SubCommittee rate, or reserve online. For online reservations, go to the hotel website at www.indianapoliscarmel.gardeninn.com and plug in the code SUBC09 in the Group/Conv field.
